Meetings of public bodies are subject to Rhode Island Open Meetings Law Open Meetings law changed on July 17, 2004 to require public bodies to file meeting agendas and minutes electronically. The new filing rules are available here: Electronic Filing

Agendas become available as they are sent to the RI Secretary of State website and posted at Town Hall. Copies of upcoming agendas are available below along with the approved minutes from some of the Middletown Boards, Commissions and Committees. Approved Town Council minutes and agendas along with some supporting documentation are available through the Clerkbase archive. Agendas filed with the Secretary of State do not include supporting documents.
