PARKING BAN FOR SNOWSTORM

MIDDLETOWN, R.I., as of 10:00 pm, February 10, 2012, a snow-parking ban will begin for the Town of Middletown.  Vehicles left parked on the street in violation of the snow ban may be towed to allow the passage of town plow trucks and emergency vehicles.  The parking ban will remain in effect until noon on Sunday, February 12, 2012, to allow for the removal of accumulated snow. 

In addition, at the request of the Middletown Public Works Department, residents are not to deposit snow into any state or town road because it contributes to hazardous driving conditions.
