Town Clerk / Voter Registration

The Town Vital records pertaining to births, marriages and deaths are not public information.  Individuals may obtain certified copies of vital records Monday thru Friday 8:00 am to 4:00 pm at the Middletown Town Hall, 350 East Main Road, Middletown, Rhode Island 02842.  To apply for a marriage license, the bride and groom must be present by 3:30 pm with all required documentation.
