The Human Resources department is dedicated to providing the highest quality internal and external customer service by focusing on the Town's most valuable resource, its people. While supporting the values, goals, and challenges of the Town, we promote a stable work environment characterized by the fair treatment of all staff, open communications, personal accountability, trust, and mutual respect.
