Seasonal Beach Passes

Starting Monday, April 12, seasonal passes are available for sale online here:

Seasonal beach passes purchased online are available for pick up at the main gate of Second Beach 48 hours after purchase.

Sachuest Beach

Sachuest Beach, locally known as Second Beach, is a South facing, mile-long, family-friendly beach with good surf and great sand.

There is a concession stand, bathrooms, changing area, showers, grills, picnic tables, and shade structures located at the main building. Port-a-johns are located at the base of each pathway.

Surfboard rentals and lessons are available during the season as well as a Del's Lemonade truck. Showers can be found at Surfer's End (on the west end).

Third Beach

Third Beach is a beautiful, family-friendly East-facing beach. Third Beach has fewer waves and overlooks Third Beach Harbor located near the mouth of the Sakonnet River. There are grills, picnic tables, and a shade structure located near the boat ramp. Port-a-johns are located in the parking lots. Equipment rentals and a Del's Lemonade cart can be found near the boat ramp (on the south end).
