The Town of Middletown is actively monitoring the situation and will provide news via MiddletownRI.com as well as through social media and other informational outlets as necessary. The state has set up a 24/7 public hotline at 401-222-8022 staffed with health care professionals for those with questions about the coronavirus or how to self-quarantine.

Middletown Town Hall is open for business daily from 8 am to 4 pm. Limited walk-in services available for the Building, Clerk and Tax offices. Please use the back entrances to access the building. All other offices available by appointment only. All town services also available by email, phone and online programs. Residents and businesses are encouraged to use online services, online forms, drop-off boxes and mail to complete town business. These precautions are being implemented due to developments with the COVID-19 virus. These actions are taken following state health department guidelines and are done to protect the o protect the health and safety of our employees who work in these buildings.

Anyone may drop off envelopes for any town department at the drop box located outside the town hall near the ADA entrance at the rear of the building; this box will be checked daily.
