Probate Court

The Middletown Probate Court hears matters regarding wills, administrations, guardianships, change of names and adoptions over the age of 18. The court's regular sessions are the first and third Thursdays of each month at 8:30 am in Middletown Town Hall, 350 East Main Road, Middletown, RI.
