Town Services

Middletown Town Hall is open for business non-holiday weekdays from 8 am to 4 pm. All town services also available by email, phone and online programs. Residents and businesses are encouraged to use online services, online forms, drop-off boxes and mail to complete town business.

Drop Box

Anyone may drop off envelopes for any town department at the drop box located outside the town hall near the ADA entrance at the rear of the building; this box will be checked daily.
